Installed and Files go to Failures Folder, not sure how to trouble shoot.

I have installed the SharePoint List Updated

changed the service to use local account

updated the share point central admin console to accept queries

created the xml file as described and put in the inbox

files show in the failures folder, but I am not sure how to trouble shoots this.

I did notice that xmlns:ns0="http://CodePlex.SharePoint.ListUpdate" property in the file is not a valid URL.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
